Meredith Schellin has a background in political communication, traditional journalism, and new media.
A Midwest native and graduate of Asbury University, she earned her degree in Journalism & Digital Storytelling with an emphasis in political science. Meredith is trained in multi-platform journalism, including: photography, graphic design, filming and editing, AP style, on-air reporting, print and broadcast writing. In addition, she has experience in launching and maintaining social media campaigns, political and crisis communication, and branding.
After running an award winning collegiate newspaper, working at the 2014 Winter Olympics with NBC, and a stint doing advocate communication work for a large international non-profit, she currently works on Capitol Hill.
She’s a political junkie, loves trying new food, traveling, University of Kentucky basketball, and capturing life's greatest and smallest moments through photos.
